Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

With the heightened concerns regarding the COVID-19, Toppan USA pandemic prevention plan provides for various measures to maintain continuity of the supply chain to our valued customers, as well as, looking out the for welfare of our employees. Toppan USA has implemented the following means to protect our customers and employees:

  • Until April 2020, our sales force will not be using airline travel as a means to physically meet customers. Also, we are not currently accepting any outside visitors in our facility.
  • Toppan USA continues to stress good hygiene practices to limit the spread of viruses as provided by the CDC: coughing/sneezing into the elbow area; thoroughly washing hands with hot water and soap (or in the absence of soap, the use of a sanitizing gel is advised).
  • We have positioned hand sanitizer dispensers throughout our facility, and are encouraging employees to stay home if they are sick.
  • We are providing updates to our employees regularly on the current status of the COVID-19 with the most recent updates available from the CDC.

*If any Toppan USA employee is confirmed to have COVID-19, all shift members (he or she belongs to) will be quarantined for two weeks.

*Toppan USA will continue its production with other shift personnel, but production may be slower than normal production for a period of time.

*If such a situation arises, Toppan USA will inform our customers immediately of the potential impact on our production and lead time.

Toppan USA is committed to supporting all customers, operations, and employees who may be impacted by this event, and we take our supply chain responsibility seriously. We will continue to monitor the conditions and make adjustments as necessary. We will take all reasonable measures to minimize impact to our valued customers.
